Hi friends!  I have a quick favor to ask of you today.

I’m a finalist in a contest to win an iPad.  The contest was designed about staying healthy during the summer – so I Instagram-ed a photo laying by the pool at Myrtle Beach with my SPF on.  I know this was a big message that Alyssa spread earlier this year, and I definitely don’t go outside without skin protection anymore!

    I’ll be mad if that bench pressing guy wins – doing that without a real spotter is so dangerous! Not to mention how traumatic it would be if the kid “allowed” the bar to fall on his dad :(
