ONE big disappointment: My husband and I saw a commercial for the Confetti Cake Blizzard and raced there 15 minutes before they closed.  I was really craving one after seeing Ashley’s.  Ours didn’t really look like the one in the photo or the commercial.

  vs

Of course, it HAD been full… but trust me, it was basically plain vanilla soft serve with like 4 sprinkles.  Lame.

TWO delicious Trader Joe’s product combinations:

Finally caved and bought cookie butter – so good with salty pretzel thins.

The Garlic Chipotle Salsa and Reduced Guilt chips are an amazing combo, too.

THREE: outfits per day I’m packing for my 4 day trip to Miami (and I might get to meet up with Brittany) & number of ingredients in my most delicious breakfast of the week:

Blackberries, honey greek yogurt, and Love

FOUR recipes I pinned this week:

Whole Wheat Soft Pretzels from The Diva Dish

Detox Salad from Eat, Live, Run

Raspberry Almond Thumbprints from Oh She Glows

Asian Crunch Salad from Eat, Spin, Run, Repeat

FIVE easy kitchenless meals courtesy of Trader Joes:

Mushroom ravioli, shrimp potstickers with vegetable rice, spinach pizza, beef / bean burritos, and grilled eggplant parm.

Do you pack more than one outfit per day for vacations? I figured 1 bikini/coverup combo, 1 day time outfit, one evening outfit.

Don’t forget to enter to win a NatureBox before the end of the day!

Have a great weekend, and safe travels to all who are headed to Denver!

What is the cookie butter like?! I’ve seen people talking about it and now I’m really curious…

Yey for the possibility of us meeting up! :)
I never asked, but do you have family in Miami or are you just vacationing?

    Thanks for the link back!

I agree with you, that blizzard looks weak! You’d think they would have put chunks of cake in it, no? haha

Mmm I love TJ’s cookie butter.

Also love DQ and haven’t had a blizzard in about a year! Must change this ;)

Love that you called out the “kitchen-less” meals. As much as I like to cook (and I do) you still need to have some good, healthy frozen options. I also really like the TJ’s asparagus risotto and the ground turkey shepherds pie rounds.

I’ve been dying to try cookie butter but haven’t caved yet. I think this post may push me over the edge. ;) I did, however, discover cocoa almond spread at TJ’s a few days ago, and between you and me, the jar is already half gone. Whoops!

Miami sounds like a fun trip! I always pack WAY too many outfits when I travel. It’s better to be prepared than not! xoxoxo
