ONE other place you can find me today is on Lindsay’s List (while she is on vacation with her absolutely adorable family), guest posting about the things I learned while planning my wedding last summer.
TWO of these cookies are my breakfast today. And copious amounts of coffee.
THREE suggested additions/variations to the granola cookie recipe: chocolate chips (if you don’t like cinnamon like Becca), almond butter instead of peanut butter (would be fantastic as Carrie suggested, I just didn’t have enough), and real maple syrup (or honey or agave) instead of sugar free (I just didn’t have any on hand, Matt and Hannah ).
FOUR things that happened this week (that I haven’t blogged about yet): officially sleeping in our new house (still no kitchen), getting an iPhone (FINALLY!), walking on my lunch break (since I can’t “exercise” right now), and buying a really funny old stationary bike from Craigslist for $20 (photo from the original listing).
It was advertised as a spin bike and after the 40 minute trip to go see it I felt like we had to take it.
