ONE other place you can find me today is on Lindsay’s List (while she is on vacation with her absolutely adorable family), guest posting about the things I learned while planning my wedding last summer.
TWO of these cookies are my breakfast today. And copious amounts of coffee.
THREE suggested additions/variations to the granola cookie recipe: chocolate chips (if you don’t like cinnamon like Becca), almond butter instead of peanut butter (would be fantastic as Carrie suggested, I just didn’t have enough), and real maple syrup (or honey or agave) instead of sugar free (I just didn’t have any on hand, Matt and Hannah ;)).
FOUR things that happened this week (that I haven’t blogged about yet): officially sleeping in our new house (still no kitchen), getting an iPhone (FINALLY!), walking on my lunch break (since I can’t “exercise” right now), and buying a really funny old stationary bike from Craigslist for $20 (photo from the original listing).
It was advertised as a spin bike and after the 40 minute trip to go see it I felt like we had to take it.
