ONE other place you can find me today is on Lindsay’s List (while she is on vacation with her absolutely adorable family), guest posting about the things I learned while planning my wedding last summer.

TWO of these cookies are my breakfast today.  And copious amounts of coffee.

THREE suggested additions/variations to the granola cookie recipe: chocolate chips (if you don’t like cinnamon like Becca), almond butter instead of peanut butter (would be fantastic as Carrie suggested, I just didn’t have enough), and real maple syrup (or honey or agave) instead of sugar free (I just didn’t have any on hand, Matt and Hannah ;) ).

FOUR things that happened this week (that I haven’t blogged about yet): officially sleeping in our new house (still no kitchen), getting an iPhone (FINALLY!), walking on my lunch break (since I can’t “exercise” right now), and buying a really funny old stationary bike from Craigslist for $20 (photo from the original listing).

It was advertised as a spin bike and after the 40 minute trip to go see it I felt like we had to take it. :)

FIVE recipes I Pinned this week:

 Shrimp fajita pasta

Shrimp Fajita Pasta from Prevention RD

Risotto stuffed peppers

Risotto Stuffed Peppers from Bundles of Hugs

Kale & Leek lasanga

Kale and Leek Lasagna from Heather’s Dish

Apparently the best chocolate chip cookies ever

Apparently the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever (unique recipe) from via forme-foryou.com via Cupcakes and Cashmere

Almond red pepper (Romesco) sauce

Romesco Sauce from Dish By Trish

I love the Photobucket app it’s what I use to host all of my photos for my blog. I also like the Post Gazette’s app because I like to read the news and the Twitter app. I was just told to download the Key Ring app yesterday, which you can supposedly use to upload all of your reward cards onto so you don’t have to carry them all around. I’ll have to see if it really works!

Cookies for breakfast = awesome :)

I’m not sure what the Run Keeper App is, but Nike + GPS is like the BEST! It’s totally worth the $2. It tracks your run/pace and gives you cheers along the way! It’s so cool :) I used it this morning on my run with Brittany (from Eatingbirdfood)

    Enjoy the iphone!

So I am cellphone-less at the moment, since my old plan was up and I didn’t want that phone nor the plan anymore. But now, I’m holding off until I can get an iPhone. It’s weird not having a cell at all, but kind of refreshing. I’ll be coming to you for apps when I get one ;)

Congrats on the iPhone. My favorite apps: Sleep Cycle, Ego, ScoreMobile, Camera +, and Open Table.

I’m in the same boat with all the walking. Sucks, but at least we’re moving!

for iPhone, I really like Tetris – I play it while commuting – it’s so fun. I also downloaded the forever21 app to check out the new arrivals. Yelp and LinkedIn are good ones to add. Hope this helps.
I got the Iphone like a month ago, and i’m in love. I didn’t think I’d catch on so quick, but I did. I can’t live without it now.

I really need to get on craigslist and play around… I have an exercise bike, weight bench, and weights that I need to sell… But I keep putting it off! Ryne thought we needed to upgrade our entire “home gym” (I still don’t consider it a gym, but he does)… so now our house is full of doubles of everything. It’s insane.

And we need to play some games on our phones! I’m terrible at them all, so you are guaranteed a win.
