The family friend’s apartment in the West Village where we stayed

-
Salad (and unpictured pizza) for a late lunch at Olio on Friday
-
My first 16 Handles experience – pumpkin, graham cracker, and salted caramel with yogurt chips and cake crumbles – yes yes yes

- Plan B dinner at Cowgirl (the Mexican place I wanted to try was packed): black eyed pea salsa (odd), guac (good), veggie burger (awesome)

- Cookies bigger than my face on Bleeker street – we only window shopped

- the prettiest latte I’ve ever had from Joe
Unpictured: Wine at Little Rascal and incredible Saturday dinner with my besties at Barmache - I did the shrimp risotto and ginger pear martini (!)

- late night fireworks from the bedroom window & early morning stirbrewed coffee from Jack’s with a view of the Empire State Building

- Vegan/vegetarian friendly brunch with fresh ginger carrot juice, multigrain pumpkin walnut pancakes, and warm blueberries/bananas
