I picked up this gem more than half off at Williams Sonoma this past weekend:
I adore it on whole wheat toast with almond butter and banana.
Leftover black bean sweet potato chili from the freezer, topped with the end of a bag of tortilla chips:
And a tiny little Trader Joe’s honeycrip:
I baked some tilapia with breadcrumbs, lemon pepper seasoning and paprika:
And served it with broccoli and macaroni & cheese (Adam’s idea of dinner).
After dinner I made a batch of Averie’s Vanilla Banana Bread – thanks to overripe bananas I stole from my parents. Don’t worry Mom & Dad, there’s a loaf in the freezer for the next time I see you!
Any other non-bread or muffin banana recipe ideas? I have 2 more to use! I can always freeze them for soft serve, but I was thinking cookies or granola…
