Lunch, 11:45, at work: I didn’t have edamame (wish I did)…
But I did have Trader Joe’s sushi! This shows up on so many WIAW posts that I clearly need to make an effort to be more creative with my Tuesday meals.
At work snack (since I didn’t have protein from the edamame): 2% plain Chobani with TJ’s frozen berry/cherry blend. Like fro-yo, but way healthier.
PM Snack: green bell pepper & celery strips with hummus- it figures I didn’t photograph the only green thing I ate!
Dinner, 7pm: Sweet potato, black bean & goat cheese socca pizza
